CUSTOMER SERVICE & INTEGRITY COORDINATORJob Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to play a vital role in our Store Loss Prevention and Safety programs. You will patrol both the interior and exterior of the store to identify potential safety and security risks. By partnering effectively with operations and store personnel, you will help us achieve our safety goals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, with strong communication skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity in a retail environment. Key Responsibilities:Loss Prevention and Safety:Observe, deter, and control acts of dishonesty or theft.Participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned.Maintain appropriate evidence and understand law enforcement procedures.Engage in legal activities as needed, such as coordinating with police.Promote safety awareness and support a safe shopping environment.Identify and resolve internal theft.Adhere to established shoplifter guidelines and policies.Monitor the store entrance and report safety hazards like tripping risks or wet floors.Ensure the store is clean and organized, focusing on product displays. Customer Engagement:Warmly greet customers upon entry and offer assistance.Provide knowledgeable recommendations on liquor products, including vodka, gin, spirits, and wine.Assist with product inquiries and help customers find what they need.Develop customer loyalty through exceptional service and recognition.Actively engaged on the sales floor to offer additional services and product knowledge.Maintain positive working relationships with the Store Manager and team members.Deliver timely, professional, and knowledgeable service to all customers.
