Overview



Client First Technologies currently is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support an upcoming contract. The Senior Data Analyst leads analysis, integration, modeling, and reporting of enterprise data in support of financial, logistics, ERP, and human resources functions. The Senior Data Analyst develops logical data models, interfaces, and validation specifications; supports data warehousing and legacy system migration, and provides authoritative data products for decision support and audit readiness.



This is a full-time, on-site position in Dahlgren, Virginia.

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and maintain logical data models, interface specifications, data mappings, and load/validation rules to support data warehouse and reporting solutions
  • Develop queries, dashboards, and ad hoc reports to support Working Capital Fund, ERP, HR, and financial analysis needs.
  • Support conversion of legacy systems, including defining ETL specifications and ensuring data integrity
  • Analyze operational and business data sets to detect quality issues, reconcile inconsistencies, and recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate with program leadership to deliver data products that inform cost, readiness, resource allocation, and compliance



Qualifications

  • Six (6) years of professional experience in data warehousing and integration, including requirements definition and application design
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, performance/load specifications, data validation specifications, and enterprise data integration
  • Working knowledge of DoD/Navy Working Capital Fund and ERP environments



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience producing dashboards and data quality reports that become part of formal contract data submissions.
  • Experience with Navy data and business intelligence/reporting environments


Physical Demands

  • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Occasional travel and overtime may be required



Required Clearances and Screenings

  • This position is subject to a government background investigation (BI) and must meet eligibility for access to classified information. Candidates must have a current, in-scope Tier 3 (T3) BI; Tier 5 (T5) preferred
