Job description

Job Summary:
Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Senior Manager for Data Integration and Orchestration, responsible for leading the strategy, design, and implementation of data integration solutions across the organization. The role involves overseeing system integrations, managing a team, and driving the adoption of best practices in data management while embracing advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the development and maintenance of scalable, secure data integration and orchestration solutions, using Azure Data Factory, SSIS and Palantir Foundry
• Develop and execute integration roadmaps for systems across the organization, incorporating AI adoption strategies where appropriate.
• Lead a high-performing team of integration engineers and architects, offering guidance, mentorship, and support for professional development.
• Champion the adoption and integration of AI-driven capabilities, leveraging tools like Palantir Foundry to automate processes, enhance analytics, and deliver smarter data solutions.
• Demonstrate effective management skills, including resource planning, conflict resolution, performance evaluation, and motivating team members
• Establish clear objectives, delegate tasks efficiently, and facilitate continuous learning and development within the team
• Collaborate extensively with IT teams (architecture, security, infrastructure), business partners, peers, and leadership to develop and maintain robust, compliant, and resilient data platforms.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, ensuring effective communication and partnership to achieve business objectives.
• Work closely with security teams to uphold data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Stay current with emerging data and AI technologies, recommending improvements or enhancements to the platform as needed
• Oversee platform performance, optimize costs, and ensure consistent reliability and availability
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) required
• 7 or more years of relevant work experience required
• Extensive expertise with integration platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SSIS, SQL, Palantir Foundry)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments, Palantir data orchestration tools, and APIs frameworks
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation in a data platform context
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, including experience managing technical teams and partnering with business leaders
• Effective management abilities: team building, coaching, and performance management
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards
• Proven experience collaborating with IT teams, business partners, and leadership to deliver integrated solutions
• Demonstrate effective management skills, including resource planning, conflict resolution, performance evaluation, and motivating team members
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred
• Certifications in Data Engineering, SSIS, ADF, Palantir Foundry preferred
