Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking Data Integration & Reporting Analyst in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Integration & Reporting Analyst to support the integration, management, and visualization of data across enterprise systems. This role will focus on connecting and synchronizing data between Smartsheet, Microsoft Power BI, IBM Maximo, and related platforms using tools such as DataMesh, Data Shuttle, and other integration technologies. The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate, timely, and actionable data to support operational and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and maintain data integrations between Smartsheet, Microsoft Power BI, IBM Maximo, and other enterprise systems
* Utilize integration tools such as DataMesh, Data Shuttle, APIs, and automation workflows to move and synchronize data
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI to support business and operational insights
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems
* Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve data discrepancies
* Document data flows, integration processes, and reporting logic
* Support enhancements and continuous improvement of data and reporting solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience working with Smartsheet in an enterprise environment
* Experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
* Hands-on experience with data integration tools (DataMesh, Data Shuttle, or similar)
* Strong understanding of data structures, data mapping, and data governance principles
* Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with IBM Maximo (Asset Management, Work Orders, or related modules)
* Experience integrating operational or asset management data into reporting platforms
* Experience in utilities, energy, asset management, or large enterprise environments
* Familiarity with APIs, SQL, or scripting for data integration and automation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
