TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION MANAGER
LOCATION: CINCINNATI, OH, COLUMBUS, OH, or NASHVILLE, TN
ABOUT VALLEY INTERIOR SYSTEMS
Over 45+ years in business, Valley has grown, it has diversified, and it has evolved. While never losing sight of those core values that have made us successful for decades, we continue building that foundation and pushing ahead to remain at the forefront of the construction industry.
For years, we have been known for our interior systems throughout the Ohio River Valley. We have since grown to deliver a full line of commercial specialty offerings – inside and out. Our eight branch locations throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee, along with Preconstruction and Prefabrication services, look to provide a first-class experience for our customers, employees and valued partners.
We are a company driven by passion, innovation, and a focus on quality- the same characteristics we look for in our employees. Join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Valley is looking for a forward-thinking Technology Integration Manager to help our teams build smarter, work cohesively, and continue to lead the industry. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with field and office leaders to identify, implement, and scale technology that solves real-world challenges, strengthens collaboration, improves adoption, and gives our teams the tools they need to deliver measurable results.

  • Lead companywide initiatives that modernize systems, automate processes, and integrate technology aligned with business goals
  • Partner with superintendents, project managers, and operations leaders to understand daily challenges and build practical solutions that support their teams
  • Pilot, implement, and scale solutions that improve team productivity, efficiency, jobsite safety, quality, and consistency
  • Lead adoption and change management in a way that helps teams feel supported, prepared, and confident using new technology
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure technology partners understand Valley’s team needs and deliver strong value
  • Develop code and integrations that connect existing and new software, close system gaps, and improve workflow efficiency
  • Improve systemwide data visibility and reporting so teams can access clear information, make faster decisions, and share insights more effectively
WHO YOU ARE
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of commercial construction experience with a strong understanding of how field and office teams work together
  • Background in project management, field leadership, VDC/BIM, or operations, with experience supporting cross-functional teams
  • Practical understanding of construction workflows and the day-to-day needs of both field and office employees
  • Experience with construction technology platforms strongly preferred, specifically Plexxis, Buzzbid, AI, BIM/VDC, robotics, etc., and the ability to help teams use tools effectively
  • Ability to lead change, build trust with stakeholders, and help teams adopt new ways of working
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and helping teams succeed
BENEFITS AT VALLEY INTERIOR SYSTEMS (for eligible positions)
  • Competitive paid time off
  • 401(k) plan with company match up to 3.5%
  • Generous profit-sharing program
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Opportunity to shape and lead innovation in a growing construction company
  • High-impact role with visibility across the organization
  • Collaborative culture built on accountability and continuous improvement
