Position Summary

The Senior Integration Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end integration of Intelliguard’s RFID and Data solutions into client environments, ensuring seamless interoperability with hospital systems such as EMRs, ERPs, and pharmacy automation and management systems. This role requires an execution minded thinker with solid technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex system integrations for new and existing clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments.

Serve as the primary technical liaison between Intelliguard and client IT teams.

Design and implement integration strategies using HL7, FHIR, APIs, and other healthcare interoperability standards.

Manage integration timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, escalating as needed to internal teams.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications and test plans.

Mentor junior integration specialists and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications We Would Love To Hear From You, If:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of experience in systems integration, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.

Strong knowledge of healthcare IT standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, IHE).

Experience with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), ERP platforms, and middleware tools.

Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, C#, .NET).

AWS (S3, ECS, SQS, Dynamo DB, DMS)

Entra (AD) and other integration authentication systems

Knowledge of Apache Camel

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
