ABOUT THE ROLE
Valley is looking for a forward-thinking Technology Integration Manager to help our teams build smarter, work cohesively, and continue to lead the industry. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with field and office leaders to identify, implement, and scale technology that solves real-world challenges, strengthens collaboration, improves adoption, and gives our teams the tools they need to deliver measurable results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Develop Valley’s construction technology strategy to support field, office, and operations teams
  • Lead companywide initiatives that modernize systems, automate processes, and integrate technology aligned with business goals
  • Partner with superintendents, project managers, and operations leaders to understand daily challenges and build practical solutions that support their teams
  • Pilot, implement, and scale solutions that improve team productivity, efficiency, jobsite safety, quality, and consistency
  • Lead adoption and change management in a way that helps teams feel supported, prepared, and confident using new technology
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure technology partners understand Valley’s team needs and deliver strong value
  • Develop code and integrations that connect existing and new software, close system gaps, and improve workflow efficiency
  • Improve systemwide data visibility and reporting so teams can access clear information, make faster decisions, and share insights more effectively
WHO YOU ARE
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of commercial construction experience with a strong understanding of how field and office teams work together
  • Background in project management, field leadership, VDC/BIM, or operations, with experience supporting cross-functional teams
  • Practical understanding of construction workflows and the day-to-day needs of both field and office employees
  • Experience with construction technology platforms strongly preferred, specifically Plexxis, Buzzbid, AI, BIM/VDC, robotics, etc., and the ability to help teams use tools effectively
  • Ability to lead change, build trust with stakeholders, and help teams adopt new ways of working
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and helping teams succeed
