    JOB SUMMARY 

    The Data Integration Analyst & Software Engineer conducts beginning-to-end integration projects including analysis, design, development, and support.  The role performs a variety of duties related to improving the transfer of data from one system to another by scrubbing data, writing test scripts and performing quality control on data; and works collaboratively within the IT division and with internal customer teams to enhance automation and integration of data to drive business decisions and customer sightlines. The role provides relationship management for internal customers and consults with departments, project teams, and vendors to manage and maintain integration of data and reporting. Develops and maintains internal application solutions.  Maintains installation programs for internally developed applications.  Analyzes campaign and financial system data from staff members for data interpretation and integrity issues. Automate systems for data management and maintenance (SQL DTS).  Has knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within field.  Performs a variety of complicated tasks.  May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity, problem solving skills and latitude is expected as well as comfort in writing and maintaining complex systems. 

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience with data integration 

    • Minimum six years’ professional work experience, software development, database management, client/server technologies 

    • Superior programming skills that relate to code development, maintenance, and implementation. 

    • Meticulous knowledge of integrations, development processes, and integration architectures 

    • Ability to manage data from multiple sources. 

    • Advanced development skills for Windows systems (Visual Basic, C++, .NET) 

    • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or other automation tools. 

    • Experience with SQL reporting for analysis, development, maintenance, modification, and enhancement of reporting solutions 

    • Experience in SQL 2019 or newer Development (Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Data Replication) 

    • Experience with Azure SQL and Azure Data Warehouse a plus.  

    • Experience with SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) for Visual Studio 

    • Knowledge of Back-end financial systems and processing preferred. Experience with Great Plains preferred. 

    • Knowledge of full application life cycle experience including scope definition, design, development, and user training 

    • Well organized and able to provide structure and process to areas of responsibility.

    RESPONSIBILITIES  

    • Apply integration expertise, business knowledge and technical skills to successfully deliver solutions that ensure time and accurate delivery of data. 

    • Guide beginning-to-end integration projects including analysis, design, development, and support. 

    • Develop in-depth knowledge of data sources and models to design, develop, implement, and support ETL, API, and other integration processes. 

    • Develop, manage, maintain, and enhance integration including but not limited to the Azure integration between Microsoft Dynamics and Andar (SQL based legacy system)  

    • Demonstrate the passion and desire to build a solution from the ground up. 

    • Coordinate activities to ensure that integration projects are completed on time. 

    • Formulate strategies and design architectures for systems integrations. 

    • Ensure that the best practices in integration processes are followed by the organization. 

    • Check and correct conflicts in data configurations and overlaps. 

    • Analyze and improve current system integrations. 

    • Identify, debug, and advise on system errors or architecture issues. 

    • Assist with the management of organizational databases and retrieval systems. 

    • Manage third party vendors. 

    • Be accountable for system and process improvements. 

    • Work with internal teams on data integrity and resolve other issues with the campaign and financial management systems as needed. 

    • Other duties as assigned.
