Role Summary
We are seeking a versatile professional who can support project management delivery while also contributing to data analysis and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of coordination, analytical thinking, and technical capability to drive efficient execution of projects and enable data-driven decision-making and process automation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Management Support
• Assist in planning, tracking, and execution of projects across lifecycle stages
• Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Track deliverables, milestones, and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and governance materials
• Support stakeholder communication and coordination across teams
Data Analysis
• Perform data analysis to support project tracking, reporting, and decision-making
• Generate insights from project and operational data to highlight risks, trends, and performance
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across project artifacts
Automation Support
• Identify opportunities to automate project reporting and manual processes
