  • The Crash Records Customer Service Representative position is responsible for gathering, compiling, and analyzing crash data submitted by Arizona Law Enforcement Agencies.
  • This role requires interpretation, scanning, indexing, and entering traffic crash data elements into the State's Database CRIS.
  • The representative is also responsible for verifying information suspected of being erroneous and ensuring the accurate processing of crash records.
