Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enter daily production data from manufacturing departments into company systems.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, production reports, and inventory transactions.
Process and update purchase orders, receiving documents, and supplier information.
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with department supervisors.
Generate routine operational reports for management review.
Maintain customer order information and update order status as required.
Assist with inventory cycle counts by entering and validating inventory data.
File and organize electronic and paper records.
Support payroll and attendance record processing when assigned.
Communicate with production and customer service teams to ensure data accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
