Job Description
The Data Entry Specialist- Senior Product enters, maintains, and validates product registration data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across enterprise systems. This role focuses on resolving data discrepancies, supporting internal and external stakeholders with product and data-related inquiries, and helping to prevent delays in customer assistance through diligent data management and communication.
Responsibilities
- Enter, maintain, and validate product registration data in enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify data discrepancies across systems and records, determine appropriate resolution steps, and correct issues promptly.
- Escalate complex or unresolved data issues to the appropriate department to prevent delays in customer assistance.
- Collaborate with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve data-related issues.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for product and data-related inquiries from internal teams, dealers, and customers.
- Monitor data quality and take proactive steps to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability.
- Handle high-volume, detail-driven tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
Essential Skills
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in data analysis, data management, and data collection within business or operational environments.
- Effective communication and people skills to collaborate with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to handle high-volume, detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems and/or warranty systems.
- High school diploma with two years of relevant experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment
This is a fully onsite role, working five days per week with core hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The position operates in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment that relies on enterprise and ERP systems, as well as warranty-related platforms, to manage product registration data. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, dealers, and customers throughout the day, working in a professional office setting that emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and timely support.

This is a Contract position based out of Pella, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
