Job description

Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Henderson, Colorado
Type: 9 month Contract
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid - onsite and remote
3 days onsite (Tue-Thu)
Monday/Friday typically remote.
Training will be fully onsite initially.
Responsibilities
  • Process packing slips emailed from vendors (primarily Border States Electric).
  • Compare packing slips to purchase orders (POs).
  • Perform SAP receipts.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies with planner buyers, vendors, and field teams.
  • Later responsibilities may include work order transfers and more complex receiving tasks.
  • Open emails from vendors with packing slips.
  • Enter receipts into SAP.
  • Handle high-volume data entry (600-1,000+ lines/day team average).
  • Communicate with planner buyers, vendors, and field employees for issues.
  • Occasional slow days, but generally consistent incoming volume.

Requirements
  • SAP experience (at least basic).
  • Fast and accurate typing / 10-key by touch.
  • Microsoft Outlook (email-heavy role).
  • Microsoft Excel (working from spreadsheets).
  • General supply chain or receiving background.
  • High attention to detail / accuracy.
  • Ability to work in high-volume, repetitive environments.
  • Strong communication & email etiquette.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and interact with various departments.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • 2-5 years in supply chain, receiving, AP, payroll data entry, or similar.
  • Must be comfortable with repetitive, high-volume office work.
