Job Description

  • This role is responsible for supporting Charge Entry and Claims Submission processes through high-volume data entry and data validation.
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports from internally generated data
  • Following structured processes to build reports consistently and accurately
  • Identifying where data issues or breakdowns occur
  • Manipulating large datasets (~30K rows)
  • Combining data from multiple sources
  • Matching values across datasets
  • Applying formulas and conditional formatting
  • Creating unique identifiers to validate data across systems
  • Identifying missing or inaccurate data and correcting it
  • Moving data between datasets to ensure accuracy
  • Reviewing and understanding existing Excel formulas
  • Problem-solving to determine missing data points based on guidelines

Qualifications

  • Data migration & data processing
  • Must have worked heavily in EXCEL as primary function in their last roles
  • Must be able to receive raw data set and make it manageable to use themselves, without training or process from leadership. this includes formulas, conditional formatting, referencing multiple sheets to update information
