The Sales Coordinator is an essential member of the Walmart customer team, supporting flawless execution across item setup, data sharing agreements, and customer-facing deliverables. This role ensures all details are accurately managed in Walmart and internal systems while also coordinating samples, mock-ups, and ad hoc requests. The Coordinator partners closely with Sales, Category, and Supply Chain to keep processes moving smoothly and enable the team to focus on driving growth with Walmart.
How you will contribute
You will:
Manage Walmart Confections item setup process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of item forms and data entry in Retail Link, NOVA, Item 360, PIM, and internal ERP systems.
Partner with cross-functional teams to collect item specs, pack sizes, pricing, and product details required for setup.
Data Governance & Agreements
Support the administration of Third Party Agreements (TPAs) for Walmart data sharing, including tracking renewals, expirations, and compliance.
Customer Execution & Ad Hoc Support

Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $85,400 to $117,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
