E-commerce Marketplace Data Entry Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Marketplace Data Entry Specialist to help manage product information and listings across multiple online marketplaces.

This role involves working with product data, Excel spreadsheets, marketplace templates, images, specifications, pricing, and product attributes. The ideal candidate will be accurate, organized, comfortable working with repetitive data, and able to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Create, upload, and update product listings across Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Wayfair, eBay, and other online marketplaces 
  • Complete marketplace-specific Excel templates and bulk upload files 
  • Review product listings for missing, incorrect, or outdated information 
  • Compare product data across websites, spreadsheets, images, and internal databases 
  • Troubleshoot rejected listings, inactive products, upload errors, missing attributes, and other listing issues 
  • Maintain product image links and compliance documents 
  • Keep internal trackers updated with completed work and pending issues 
  • Follow marketplace guidelines and company procedures 
  • Work with Listing Mirror, Goflow, marketplace portals, and other e-commerce systems 
  • Help monitor marketplace listings and follow up on unresolved issues 
  • Identify and correct product data errors before submission 

Requirements
