Schedule: Monday- Friday
Shift: Hybrid 3 day in-office / 2 day remote after first 2 months in-office
Status: Temp 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and automate performance dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Analytics: Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; support data-driven decision-making.
• Industry Research: Conduct in-depth macroeconomic, industry/market, regional and competitive research to stay ahead of macro industry trends and inform strategic initiatives.
• AI & Digitalization: Explore and recommend AI and digital transformation tools to improve efficiency, customer experience, and innovation.
• Pitch Writing & Web Content: Craft compelling pitch decks, business proposals, and web content that align with brand voice and strategic market goals.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Train and support team members on tools, processes, and best practices in analytics and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Ability to challenge oneself to learn new systems, software and online tools as will arise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
