Job description

The Administrative Specialist II is responsible for a wide variety of office support, conference room set-up, and excellent customer service. Tasks may include answering phones, data entry, drafting and editing documents such as letters, memos, and spreadsheets as well as scheduling and calendar management.
Primary duty will be data entry.
* Are fast and accurate in data entry
* Are willing to work on-site in a physically distanced environment
* Are able to learn new data systems quickly
1 to 3 years experience.
Flexible schedule between 6 AM to 6 PM
40 hours a week
Location:Downtown Seattle
Duration: 4 to 6 weeks (Onsite)
Pay: $22.40 per hour
