Job description

We are looking for a Data Entry Analyst to support the development of key financial metrics. The Administrative Data Entry Assistant will perform accurate data entry tasks while providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the organization. Specific areas of focus will focus on reviewing contract terms and updating data tables as needed. The Data Analyst will work within the Business Intelligence team. It will be a three month contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Validate data quality by performing ongoing data audits and remediating data gaps that contribute to incorrect historical reporting
Search Salesforce Account Records to understand contractual terms
Reconcile contract values based on contractual terms against current data tables
Manually key in data from contractual documents into specific data tables
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
Document all changes and report updates on an ongoing basis to the Business Operations Leadership team
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
