ValueTec Appraisal Services, a locally owned and established Residential Real Estate Appraisal firm located in Williamston, Michigan, is currently seeking a qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist.

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting the appraisal process by gathering and entering property information, maintaining files, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This position provides valuable exposure to the real estate appraisal industry and offers opportunities to learn new skills while contributing to a growing local business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and obtain public records, property information, and real-time real estate data from various online and local sources.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain property data within company databases and appraisal software.

  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with company procedures.
