Location: Wyoming, MI
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking to join a small, fast-paced team? We're seeking an Office Administrator to support our daily office operations in Wyoming, MI. In this role, you'll be responsible for administrative tasks, data entry, document management, and assisting both the office and shop to help keep operations running efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Office Administrator, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Administrative Support: Answer phones, respond to emails, maintain records, and assist with daily office operations.
  • Data & Document Management: Prepare and organize documents using Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat while performing accurate 10-key data entry.
  • Operational Support: Assist with deliveries and move between the office and shop as needed to support daily production and business operations.
In addition, you will be expected to maintain an organized workspace, prioritize multiple tasks, and assist with other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking ForQualifications:
  • Previous office administration experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
