We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to support our team with high-volume data management and administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional accuracy, strong computer skills, and the ability to efficiently handle confidential information while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in company databases and systems.
  • Verify information for accuracy and completeness before entry.
  • Review and correct data discrepancies, errors, and duplicate records.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records in an organized manner.
  • Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.
  • Assist with document processing, scanning, filing, and record maintenance.
