Position summary
Student Assistant at the Bibliographic Services of the James White Library. Primary task: Data entry into the library system. Other related tasks include processing of books and archival resources.
Qualifications summary
  1. Self-motivated
  2. Organized with attention to detail
  3. Ability to follow complex instructions
  4. Good oral and written communication
  5. Adept in using computer applications
  6. If possible, work for 15 hours a week. Or 20 hours/week
  7. Probation period for the first four weeks

Duties and responsibilities
  1. Data entry into the library system
  2. Processing of print books
  3. Processing of archival resources
  4. Will report to the head of the Bibliographic Services Dept.
