ECLARO’s client aims to enhance public services and promotes sustainable resource management, offering advanced solutions and services.

If you’re up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity! Responsibilities: Provide clerical support to engineering department staffing including forms management, phone support, correspondences, staff meeting minutes, filing, ordering of office supplies, etc. Assist the engineering staff through performing data entry functions and preparing reports.

Will be creating purchase requests for various engineering supplies and equipment. Required Qualifications: Experience using computer with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and E-mail) or standard equivalent) Some knowledge or background or experience with engineering. Verbal and written communication and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
