                     This is not a remote position.  There are no options for remote work. 

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Office Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting and updating data into our systems accurately and efficiently. The Data Entry Clerk will collaborate with various departments to ensure data quality and integrity, while also maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures. This is an entry level position which will have expanded duties and pay in the future for the right candidate. Responsibilities: 

Answering the main office phone and helping customers with questions. 

Enter data from various sources into the computer system accurately and efficiently. 

Update and maintain databases with recent information. 

Verify data by comparing it to source documents. 

Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. 

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. 

Respond to requests for information and access relevant files. 

Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions. 

Comply with data integrity and security policies. 

Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information. 


Requirements: 

High school diploma or equivalent. 

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position. 

Fast typing skills, ability to touch-typing system is strongly preferred. 

Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.). 

Basic understanding of databases. 

Great attention to detail and accuracy. 

Good command of English both oral and written. 

Ability to work independently or as part of a team. 

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 

Discretion with confidential data. 

Work extended hours as needed to achieve sales goals and project demand 


Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience with data entry software and databases.
