Job Description
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
• Property & Casualty and/or Life and Health license is desirable (Will assist to attain)
• Personal Line Insurance industry experience is desired but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• People-oriented
• Organizational skills

• Proactive in problem solving
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish client relationships and follow up with customers as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Customer service can include
responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes,
transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Pivot to other State Farm products and services in order to assist Sales Team in selling
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must be exceptionally dependable/reliable and on time
- Must work well will minimal supervision
- Outgoing personality that loves meeting and interacting with people
- Self motivated
- Superior attention to detail
- Able to lift 20 lbs
