Description:

The Team Representative for the Service Contract Team is responsible for supporting the accurate setup, maintenance, and billing of customer service contracts. This role ensures billing aligns with contractual terms and supports overall operational efficiency through detailed data entry, contract monitoring, and cross-department collaboration.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain service contract details in the billing system
  • Ensure contract terms are accurately reflected, including start/end dates, rates, and service levels
  • Monitor billing schedules and initiate contract billing cycles as required
  • Resolve billing issues related to contract discrepancies, pricing errors, or missing data
  • Work with internal departments to verify contract changes and adjustments
  • Assist with contract audits to confirm system accuracy and compliance
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to service contract billing
  • Maintain accurate documentation of contract records and actions taken
  • Participate in process improvement and team training activities
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:
  • Experience in billing, contract administration, or data entry preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in interpreting and entering contract data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
