About the role
  • The Mailing and Data Assistant supports processing direct mailings and helps with inventory and data tasks.
Qualifications
  • Must be a current Bethel student
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently
  • Effective communication skills
  • Preferred: experience with spreadsheets and proficient in Google Suite

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment on the 5th floor of the Anderson Center (2 Pine Tree Drive, Arden Hills, MN) in the Marketing Office, mail room and storage room, not on the main Bethel campus. Student is responsible for their own transportation to and from work.
Physical Demands:
Ability to move and lift boxes with mailing materials in the storage room.

Expected Hours of Work:
8-10 hours a week completed during standard office hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
