Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Administrator to support daily operations within our manufacturing facility. This role provides administrative support to Production, Planning, and Operations through production reporting, ERP transactions, labor reporting, documentation control, and coordination of manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily manufacturing and production administrative activities
  • Answer incoming calls and direct plant communications as needed
  • Create and maintain production orders in Epicor ERP
  • Enter daily production labor and production data
  • Assist with inventory transactions and production reporting
  • Maintain production records and manufacturing documentation
  • Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Production departments
  • Process engineering change documentation and production paperwork
  • Maintain production schedules, reports, and KPI tracking spreadsheets
  • Assist with inventory audits and cycle count documentation
  • Support plant leadership with administrative and operational reporting
  • Maintain organized production files and manufacturing records

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or GED
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly dependable
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
  • Previous Administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
