What You'll Do
Safety Data & Reporting
Maintain and update executive safety dashboards, including weekly and YTD metrics
Gather and consolidate safety data from multiple internal and external sources
Develop charts, graphs, and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support leadership reporting
Track and report trends related to incidents, observations, and deficiencies
Compliance & Systems Management
Enter and manage data across safety platforms including KPA, Avetta, ISNet, and VERO
Track and monitor training completion, deficiencies, and renewal requirements
Support compliance reporting, including Department of Labor apprenticeship submissions
Program Support
Monitor onboarding and training completion for new hires
Support the PGS Training and Apprenticeship Programs
Track and report on initiatives such as the Good Catch Program and GeoTab results
Assist with the development and improvement of safety forms and processes
Operational Support
Collect and log incident data for weekly safety meetings
Maintain accurate training and safety records
Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
