Title: Data Analyst, Business Intelligence

Location: Dallas (Richardson), TX

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (salaried, exempt)


Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst, Business Intelligence and Master Data Management to join our team in Richardson, TX. This role reports directly to the Sr. Business Intelligence Manager and plays a key role in supporting global data and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI, SQL, and Azure Data Factory, with expertise in master data management, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and SQL.
  • Manage and support master data processes within Azure Data Factory environments, ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, ask the right questions, and deliver meaningful data solutions that support decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot issues and prevent unintended system impacts through thorough analysis and careful execution.
  • Contribute to process improvement, automation, and the development of scalable BI and MDM solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of master data and analytics initiatives with enterprise data governance standards.
  • Support data cleansing, validation, and standardization efforts to maintain high-quality datasets for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Master Data Management, or related fields.
  • Strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience managing and standardizing master data across complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business units.
  • Proven experience analyzing complex data and delivering actionable insights.
  • High-energy, collaborative, and enthusiastic personality with the ability to work in a global environment.
  • Spanish language skills and/or LATAM experience preferred.
  • Must be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and able to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Richardson, TX. Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
