International Data Solutions Analyst The Opportunity:

This role powers up international operations by building scalable analytics solutions, turning complex operational data into clear, exciting insights, and creating smart automation tools. You'll supercharge company-wide operations using the Power Platform suite, bringing practical, business-driven analytics and automation to life.

As a hybrid Data Scientist and Low-Code/No-Code Solution Engineer, you get to explore rich data worlds, discover hidden patterns, and transform them into user-friendly tools that make everyone's day easier. You'll blend machine learning, AI, and creative low-code development to design solutions that feel as good as they function.

Partnering with stakeholders, you'll decode their needs, craft clever, scalable products, and deliver automation that makes operations faster, smoother, and more fun. Your work helps teams unlock the story in their data and turn insights into action, boosting efficiency and supporting global missions with fresh energy. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods
  • 5+ years of experience using low-code or no-code solutions for new applications, or generating and enhancing solutions for existing applications
  • 3+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining
  • 2+ years of experience using AI-powered solutions to enhance analytics and automation, with a mindset oriented toward the evolving future of international operations
  • Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
  • Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
  • Experience delivering scalable solutions in data modeling, workflow automation, and predictive analytics
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Public Trust
  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
  • Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Pega, Appian, PowerApps, or OpenText
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement
  • Experience with international mobility, immigration workflows, relocation planning, or SOFA requirements
  • Possession of strong critical thinking and process optimization skills, including connecting technical solutions to broader business objectives
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
