Behavior Analyst (Spanish speaking female candidates only)

Locations:

• Los Angeles, CA

• Santa Ana, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time (33-35 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Morning, Afternoon & Evening availability required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level ABA Supervisor who is actively working toward becoming a BCBA. This role offers hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, and supervision hours while supporting high-quality ABA service delivery in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Overlap regularly with Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure quality service delivery

• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and guidance to therapists

• Support implementation of treatment and behavior intervention plans

• Assist with program updates, data collection, and skill tracking

• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and clinical leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Currently enrolled in (or actively pursuing) a Master's program in ABA or related field.

• 1-2 years of ABA experience required.

• Strong understanding of ABA principles.

• Ability to lead, coach, and provide constructive feedback.

• Strong communication, organisation, and reliability.
