Strategic Project Coordinator
Join Our Team!
Parkview Health is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Strategic Project Coordinator to support strategic initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will coordinate multiple cross-functional projects, monitor timelines and deliverables, analyze complex data, and communicate project progress to stakeholders. You will play a key role in helping strategic initiatives move from planning through successful implementation.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate multiple cross-functional strategic projects to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Develop and monitor project benchmarks, performance measures, and key outcomes.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and other project documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives through data analysis, research, and reporting.
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests and provide timely, accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organizational performance, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes.
  • Assist with change management activities to support successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with departments across the health system to achieve project objectives.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field is required.

Experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in project coordination, strategic planning, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Experience using reporting, analytics, or project tracking tools.
