Athletic Performance Coach / Certified Personal Trainer

The Role
We're seeking an Athletic Performance Coach / Certified Personal Trainer who's equal parts technician and motivator - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and can connect deeply with every athlete they train.
You'll coach, inspire, and hold athletes accountable - helping them hit measurable goals and build lifelong confidence.
The ideal candidate is a Type-A, outgoing, people-first professional who knows how to command attention and drive performance.
Responsibilities
  • Coach high-energy group and personal training sessions for athletes and adults.
  • Customize workouts based on athlete goals, fitness levels, and movement ability.
  • Deliver exceptional service, accountability, and education on strength, speed, and nutrition.
  • Build lasting relationships with athletes and families.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and effective training environments.
  • Represent the D1 brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and passion.

Qualifications
  • NCCA-accredited certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM, etc.).
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of strength & conditioning, group, or personal training experience
  • Energetic, confident, and adaptable personality - great with adults and kids.
  • A true team player who raises the standard every session.
