Job Summary
As a D1 Coach, you'll lead small and large group workouts, personal training sessions, and team-based performance programs. You'll motivate athletes from age 7 to 60+ and help them reach their full potential in strength, speed, and conditioning.
We're seeking team players who bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep understanding of fitness and performance-coaches who are comfortable training everyone and passionate about training anyone.
Key Responsibilities
Coach & Inspire - Lead group sessions, 1-on-1 personal training, and team workouts with energy and precision
Modify & Adapt - Adjust programming and movements to meet all skill levels and physical abilities
Educate & Empower - Provide coaching on strength, speed, conditioning, and general fitness
Prioritize Safety - Ensure proper form, technique, and progression for injury prevention
Build Relationships - Connect with athletes, track their progress, and support their goals
Lead by Example - Bring professionalism, accountability, and positivity to every session
Qualifications
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certified (Required)
• Nationally Accredited CPT (Required) - NSCA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent
• Bachelor's in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Related Field (Preferred)
• 1+ Year of Coaching Experience (Youth, Adult, Group, or Personal Training)
