This is not a traditional administrative position. You will play an important role in the growth of our facility by building relationships, following up with prospective members, and scheduling consultations that lead to long-term memberships.
The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people, stays organized, follows through consistently, and is motivated by performance-based incentives and career growth.

  • Represent D1 Training professionally and enthusiastically in the local community
  • Contribute to individual and team performance goals

What We're Looking For

  • Confidence making outbound calls and starting conversations with new people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A friendly, professional, and relationship-focused personality
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be coached
  • Motivation to achieve goals and earn performance-based bonuses
  • Interest in fitness, sports, athletics, or helping people improve their lives
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment

  • Are persistent without being overly aggressive
  • Take pride in staying organized and following up
  • Are motivated by clear goals, measurable results, and incentives
  • Want to develop valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills
  • Want an opportunity to advance within a growing fitness organization
  • Believe in the positive impact that coaching, fitness, and athletics can have on a community

This Position May Not Be the Right Fit If You
