The Exercise Coach®, a hi-tech fitness and health studio. After decades of studying, we truly believe that strengths change everything. Thousands of people everyday enjoy their workout and achieve their optimal results in our 200 studios in the nationwide. Mountain View studio is adding 2-3 Fitness Coaches. They can work Full Time or Part time.

Qualifications:
  • Passion for Health & Fitness: This is where it all begins!
  • Good Communication Skills: You must be comfortable conversing in-person and on the phone, know how to conduct yourself professionally, and deliver clear instructions to the clients.
  • People skills and personality: You must LOVE working with people! This is an exciting studio and you must be able to show your clients energy and excitement while working with them.
  • Responsible, Growth and Respectful: You must be a responsible person and treat each other with respect. You must be willing to take the feedback, continuously grow and elevate yourself.
Job Types and Hourly Pay Rate:

Fitness experience is a plus but our proprietary training and certification will be provided. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, enjoys one-on-one conversation and relationships, and is passionate about good health. This is a brand-new concept in Mountain View, and we need 2-3 passionate coaches to help us grow this amazing personal training franchise! Ideal candidates will be interested in growing with us.

Our studio offers a casual, fun environment using top-of-the-line proprietary training equipment. Each coach works with just one person at a time, or a small group of 2-4 people, guiding and motivating them as well as keeping sharp eyes for form, challenges and safety. The equipment keeps track of their progress over time so that you can work with them to achieve the results they're looking for. In addition to training our clients, all employees will share responsibility for communicating with clients and scheduling.
Coach Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform Fitness Evaluations
  • Educate/Coach clients
  • Demonstrate Proper Exercise Instruction
  • Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education
  • Track Client Progress
  • Lead Follow Up
  • Facilitate Consultations
**All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies. **
Schedule:
  • Expected 20-40 hours per week
  • Determined by client demand
  • Morning Shifts and Evening Shifts and some Saturday Morning/ Afternoon Shifts
Successful Completion and Requirements:

  • The Exercise Coach Certification Course
  • Nutrition Playbook Certification Course
  • Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally-recognized provider.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA.
Experience:
  • No Experience is Required (We will provide the training)
  • Customer Service experience (Plus)
  • Coaching or Training (Plus)
