Wellness Sales Representative

Locations: Springfield, Peoria, Bloomington

Chiro One Wellness Centers is looking for energetic, outgoing sales professionals to join our growing team as Wellness Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll connect with prospective patients at expos, businesses, retail locations, community events, and wellness screenings, educate them about chiropractic care, and help introduce them to Chiro One. 

Chiro One Wellness Centers, a TVG-Medulla, LLC company, is a growing chiropractic care organization with 150+ clinics nationwide, providing non-invasive, drug-free care to thousands of patients each month. 

Compensation & Benefits 

This is a salaried sales position with uncapped monthly bonus potential based on individual performance. 

Total compensation averages $70,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn more based on performance.

What You'll Do 

As a Wellness Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new patient appointments through face-to-face community engagement. You'll: 

  • Represent Chiro One at wellness screenings, businesses, retail locations, community events, and other local venues 
  • Start conversations with prospective patients and educate them about spinal health and the potential benefits of chiropractic care 
  • Use discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to identify prospective patients and understand their needs 
  • Convert qualified prospects into scheduled new patient appointments 
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase new patient acquisition in your market 
  • Consistently work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals 
  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members and clinic teams to support continued growth

    Qualifications

    Qualifications: 

    • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred, including business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), or other customer-facing sales experience 
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred 
    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills 
    • Ability to confidently engage new people and influence purchasing or appointment decisions 
    • A collaborative approach to working with team members, clinic teams, and external event partners 
    • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple events and priorities, and consistently work toward performance goals 
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
    • Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record 
    • Health, wellness, fitness, chiropractic, or related industry experience is a plus, but not required 
    • Bilingual skills are a plus
