Job description

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Grant Payment Administrator to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $26 to $30 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit financial reports related to grant payments.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations and policies.
  • Conducts the administration, tracking, and related internal communication of all payments made through Patagonia's online grants platform, Cybergrants.
  • Process and manage grant payments in accordance with established guidelines and timelines.
  • Review and verify grant payment requests for accuracy and compliance with grant agreements.
  • Supports the management and maintenance of our domestic and international payment integrations and related processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of grant payment procedures and policies.
  • Provide support and training to grant recipients on payment processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance and program staff to ensure accurate and timely grant payments.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5years of experience in grant administration, finance, or a related area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite strong Excel skills and with CyberGrants or other grantmaking database systems is helpful.
  • Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on all areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to organize and effectively handle multiple projects, meet regular deadlines with consistency and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
