Providing intelligence, IT, cyber security, training, logistics, administrative, acquisition, and background investigation services. 

Summary:

The Cybersecurity Team Lead ISSM is responsible for management, coordination, & oversight of the Information Assurance team supporting .edu & .mil environments.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for all team members and tasks performed by typical ISSM, ISSO, ISSE, architects, assessors, and analysis.
  • Must have EXP and abilities to plan, install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, & manage cybersecurity tools.
  • Shall have EXP w/ cyber policies, threats, intrusion detection, & PKI, EXP in all aspects of RMF/CSRMC process & C&As.
  • EXP securing information systems, networks, software, hardware, computer programming, & various OSs.
  • EXP w/ computer desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. EXP working w/ a security architecture.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university w/ a minimum of 5+ Yrs of EXP
    • OR Substitute w/ AA/AS w/ 7+ Yrs of EXP
    • OR Substitute w/ 9+ Yrs of progressive EXP in cybersecurity.
  • Training, Certifications, EXP, & Clearance Requirements:
    • Level II (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) Certification & applicable CE/OS Certification.
  • Experience with leading a team
  • Secret Clearance

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $114,400.00 to $128,700.00 annually.
