  • Support certificate issuance, premium financing, and non-payment follow-up to maintain account integrity.
  • Assist broker partners with claims inquiries by directing them to appropriate carriers and providing guidance as needed.
  • Delegate tasks to Account Analyst team members and review work for accuracy, contributing to team efficiency and development.
  • Support surplus lines compliance processes in partnership with third-party vendors.
  • Participate in client and carrier meetings, contributing to relationship management and business development efforts.
  • Assist in training and development of junior team members to strengthen overall team performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with preference for cyber, professional liability, or specialty lines.
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, policy structures, and underwriting processes.
  • Experience working in a wholesale, brokerage, or fast-paced client service environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied EPIC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
