Location: HCE Retail Store, 1220 E Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54301
FTE Status: 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, no weekends or holidays

Job Description:
Responsible for providing service, sales and authorizations in the home medical equipment showroom. Responsible for reviewing insurance and authorizing medical equipment, providing patients with the estimated out of pocket costs based on insurance coverage and refilling reoccurring orders.
Qualifications:
One to two years prior home medical equipment customer service experience or any other combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, or abilities required. Prior retail sales experience preferred. Must possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and prioritization skills required. Computer software applications proficiency required.
