Customer Success Manager (Carmel, IN)
Summary - BenefitDriven, powered by BeneSys, has over 40 years of experience providing benefits administration technology solutions to Taft-Hartley multiemployer benefit plans. Our innovative SaaS suite, serving clients nationwide, was designed to deliver the most accurate and efficient tools for self-administering trust funds.
To support our continued growth in the industry, we are looking to hire passionate and self-driven Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to join our team and contribute to our success. As part of the BenefitDriven team, you will contribute to internal and customer facing projects, lead software implementations, and own the success of the clients you manage. CSMs will become experts on the BenefitDriven platform and grow their knowledge of the healthcare, claims management, and insurance industry.
This position is in Carmel, Indiana, just outside the burgeoning tech city of Indianapolis. This position is in-office, but a hybrid arrangement may be available after a period of demonstrated solid performance. Occasional travel is likely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to
  • Manage client implementations, projects, and issues through the development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate implementation and conversion efforts for new clients onto the BenefitDriven platform.
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions, and oversee the change control process for new enhancements.
  • Coordinate schedule of software updates and deployments with clients.
  • Optimize existing processes and actively enhance all client initiatives.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or greater, any major, required (Healthcare, Technology, or Business focus preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) or customer relations preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • History of academic and professional success.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
  • Accountability and personal organization.
  • Self-starting, energetic, and personable.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
Physical Demands - Regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, etc. Sustained periods of being on the telephone, keyboarding, sitting/standing.
Work Environment - The position operates in a typical office environment.
Work Schedule - Full time. Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
This position is in-office, but a hybrid arrangement may be available after a period of demonstrated solid performance. Occasional travel is likely.

Pay - The annual salary for this position is $75,000. Salary offered will be dependent on experience, skills, education and other business factors.
