Job description

About the Role

The Client Success Coordinator plays a key support role within the Client Success team, helping ensure smooth execution of client initiatives, strong internal coordination, and consistent client communication. This role works closely with the Client Success Team Lead, Performance Managers, and internal teams to support client initiatives, maintain momentum across accounts, and deliver a consistently strong client experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients while supporting a broader account team.

This role requires local candidates who can work in-office on a hybrid schedule at our Corona, CA location.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Team Support

  • Support the Client Success team with day-to-day tasks, projects, and administrative needs for existing accounts.
  • Communicate with clients as needed, including responding to emails, coordinating logistics, and supporting follow-ups — under the direction of the Client Success team.
  • Assist with preparing client-facing materials, meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up documentation.
  • Help identify potential issues or risks and escalate to the appropriate team lead.

Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all parties are prepared and informed.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple accounts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of account activity, communications, and internal notes.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Strategy, Creative, and Paid Media teams.

Process & Learning

  • Complete TurnKey Marketing’s product, tools, and process training.
  • Follow established Client Success workflows and contribute to process improvements when appropriate.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of digital marketing and automotive industry trends to better support the team.

To ensure clarity, this role:

  • Does not own client accounts
  • Does not carry revenue, quota, or KPI responsibility
  • Does not serve as the primary strategic contact for clients

The Client Success Coordinator supports and amplifies the work of Performance Managers and Client Success Leads.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, support, or client-facing role (marketing, agency, or related environment preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email communication
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
  • Exposure to digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid media, social media, websites, email marketing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with project management or CRM tools
  • Experience supporting clients in an agency or service-based environment
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
