Regional Customer Solutions Manager:
The Regional Customer Solutions Sales Manager is responsible for accelerating regional revenue growth by strengthening sales performance, advancing strategic opportunities, and aligning business development efforts with operational capabilities. Regional Business Development teams report directly to the Regional Customer Solutions Manager, who drives growth through strategic coaching, sales leadership, and pipeline accountability. The Regional Customer Solutions Manager will also be responsible for maintaining an active personal pipeline, engaging directly with customers in complex or strategic opportunities that require senior-level sales expertise.
Regional Customer Solutions Manager Job Duties:
  • Partner directly with the Director of Operations to execute regional commercial strategy.
  • Drive regional sales growth by supporting business development efforts and identifying opportunities for new accounts and service expansion.
  • Align sales initiatives with operational capabilities to ensure successful project execution.
  • Partner with branch leadership to expand services within existing customer relationships.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to Sales Representatives.
  • Support representatives in prospecting strategy, opportunity qualification, and closing techniques.
  • Conduct ride-along site visits, joint customer meetings, and proposal support when needed.
  • Reinforce consistent pipeline management and accurate CRM usage.
  • The RCSM engages directly in complex or high-value opportunities including: Multi-service (Turnkey) solutions, Multi-location customers, Strategic or high revenue accounts, Opportunities requiring coordination across operations and technical teams.
  • The RCSM acts as a regional solutions resource, helping translate customer challenges into compliant and operationally executable environmental service solutions.
  • Monitor pipeline health and opportunity progression across the region.
  • Lead regular sales reviews to ensure focus on high-value opportunities.
  • Provide insight to leadership regarding market trends, competitive dynamics, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Maintain an active personal pipeline and close strategic opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with key regional customers and decision-makers.
  • Pursue large or complex opportunities that benefit from senior-level engagement.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Competencies:
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ability to ensure work is done within industry regulations while upholding TAS' safety requirements, ensuring all employees adhere to rules and regulations.
  • Relationship Management and Communication: Ability to effectively build, maintain, and navigate interactions with others with clear and concise communications.

Education and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in business to business(B2B) sales, industrial services, or environmental services.
  • Proven ability to develop business and close complex opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching sales professionals.
  • Experience in environmental services, waste management, or industrial services preferred.
  • Experience working within matrixed organizations preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM-based pipeline management and sales forecasting preferred.
