Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Seattle
Pay: $17.13 - $28.00 DOE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, or via email in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products or services
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in company systems
  • Collaborate with team members to meet department service goals and standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in retail, office, or service industry preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
