About This Opportunity
Murray's Collision Group has been part of the Puget Sound community since 1984. We are a family-owned company with multiple shop locations across the greater Seattle area, known for quality repairs, a great team culture, and taking care of our people.
This is a centralized phone and virtual CSR role based in Tacoma, supporting customers across multiple shop locations. You will be the first voice our customers hear, guiding them through the repair process from first contact to vehicle pickup. What You'll Do
- Answer all incoming calls politely and professionally, representing multiple shop locations
- Work alongside AI-supported call and communication tools to manage a high volume of customer contacts and ensure no inquiry is missed
- Schedule estimate appointments and customer drop-off dates and create repair orders
- Explain the repair process to customers including insurance claims, payment procedures, rental information, and repair timelines
- Confirm vehicle drop-off details in advance and inform customers that photos and a check-in form will be completed for all unrelated damage
- Call on DRP assignments in a timely manner
- Attend daily release meetings (virtual as needed) and provide customers with repair status updates via text, email, or phone
- Coordinate payment collection and confirm all monies are received prior to vehicle release
- Prepare final billing and warranty documentation and explain warranty terms to customers
- Capture customer reviews on Google
- Send pre-check-in forms
- Provide general administrative support to assigned shop locations
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based or multi-line environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a friendly, professional phone presence
- Comfortable working with AI-supported call and communication tools
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks across several locations simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale or management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments
- Able to work well with others and receive direction in a team environment
