Job description

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Bob Larson Plumbing is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is critical to our success, as you'll be the voice of our company, helping customers feel heard, supported, and confident in choosing us. The available position is for Monday - Friday, 11am - 4pm for 25 hours per week, or Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm for 30 hours per week. This opportunity could grow into a full-time position. Please do NOT apply if this schedule does not work for you.

Our goal is simple: deliver 100% customer satisfaction when booking plumbing service jobs.

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound calls quickly and professionally
  • Identify customer needs and book service calls effectively
  • Enter accurate customer information and detailed notes into our CRM system
  • Schedule service, sales, installation, and maintenance appointments
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointment updates and availability
