Customer Service Representative

Airport Marina Honda has a great opportunity with great pay and fabulous benefits for the position of Customer Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will be professional and positive, with a very friendly and outgoing attitude.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and communicating with our service customers.

Must be comfortable talking with all levels of customers, and be computer literate. Good with clerical duties and phone follow-up calls.

A person with experience in car dealerships, hotels, restaurants and concierge backgrounds would excel and do very well in this position.

The Customer Service Rep position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of 16.78 an hour. The position also pays a bonus on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
