Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include answering phone calls, texts, online chats, and emails from customers interested in buying a vehicle at your car dealership. In many positions, you are the first point of contact with potential customers and work at the front desk to greet walk-in customers, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed. No car experience or education needed!

Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone

Process payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office duties
