We are a casual but dedicated team, and due to continued growth we have an opening for an experienced printing estimator / CSR (our formal title is "Client Project Manager") who upholds our family values and is passionate about exceeding client expectations.
Client Project Managers are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience. The position handles requests from clients and our sales team, processes and invoices orders, manages printing and marketing projects from start to finish, works with vendors on brokered products, reviews projects for accuracy, and ensures projects get delivered on time. Estimating covers a wide range of print jobs, direct mail, and promotional products, requiring analysis for each project to match the right equipment and vendors to the job for the best cost for the client.
This position is onsite in Cary, Illinois, and you can bring your dog to work with you!
Key Job Activities
  • Consult andassist customers throughout the ordering process via email, phone, chatand occasionally in person.
  • Receive,process, manage, track and invoice orders.
  • Act as aliaison between clients, sales, and production/vendors.
  • Communicatewith internal departments and external vendors to complete projectsaccurately and meet due dates.

Requirements
Skills
  • A minimum of 1year of print estimating experience is required
  • Exceptionallyhelpful, going above and beyond to take care of customers
  • Strong verbaland written communications skills as it relates to phone conversations,chat, email and working with clients
  • Expertknowledge of printing (CMYK, spot colors, crops, bleeds, press-ready art,paper stocks, offset, digital printing, etc.)
  • Strong eye fordetail, organization, and project management
  • Proficient inorder entry, Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Experience withCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) and Order/Estimating softwarepreferred
  • Clerical speedand accuracy
  • Promotionalproducts experience a plus

Education
  • High schooldiploma is required.
  • Associate orbachelor's degree preferred.
