Customer Service Representative (Print Production & Front Desk Coordinator)

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our print production team. This role serves as the key link between clients and production, ensuring all print jobs, specifications, and deadlines are accurately managed from intake through completion.

The ideal candidate has experience in print production, prepress, or customer service within a graphics or printing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process incoming print jobs via email, production bins, and front counter intake
  • Accurately code and log customer tickets according to company guidelines and production workflows
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, job specifications, deadlines, and budgets
  • Communicate job requirements clearly to production teams, including operators and prepress staff
  • Review incoming job details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and print readiness
  • Follow up with clients regarding file issues, production questions, and scheduling updates
  • Track jobs through completion and ensure proper job closure, delivery, and shipment logging
  • Provide professional front desk and phone support to clients and internal teams
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient reception and production intake area
  • Manage office and production supplies inventory
  • Support production staff with administrative and workflow assistance as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service, print production, prepress, or graphics environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of offset printing, digital printing, and production workflows
  • Familiarity with prepress processes and file preparation standards
