Job description

Leading full service printing and fulfillment company in the Atlanta area is hiring an experienced Print CSR who will serve as support for Account Managers, ensuring smooth communication, accurate job entry, and timely follow-up on print and fulfillment projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a point of contact for routine client requests, questions, and order updates.
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding proofs, order confirmations, tracking, and timelines providing timely responses via phone or email.
  • Accurately input print jobs into the company order management systems.
  • Review job tickets to ensure correct specifications (stock, ink, finishing, bindery, quantities).
  • Generate and review estimates for straightforward or repeat print jobs.
  • Coordinate with production staff to confirm schedules, deadlines, and delivery details.
  • Assist with customer campaigns, events and promotional product projects by preparing proofs, presentations, and collateral.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, timelines, and shipping trackers for assigned projects.
  • Review invoices for accuracy and flag discrepancies.


Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the printing industry in customer service, account support, production planner, or a similar print-related position.
  • Knowledge of printing processes, terminology, and job workflows; offset sheetfed and digital printing, binding and finishing operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite; experience with order management systems or similar software preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to multi-task several projects in a busy production environment.
  • Team-oriented.
